The Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool is a 4-archetype and 16-dimension assessment that benchmarks an individual’s thinking style in the professional context. The 4 archetypes are Visionary, Architect, Dynamo and Collaborator. Each archetype has 4 dimensions, and each dimension refers to a specific part of thinking styles such as influencing, resiliency, etc

The Profiling Tool is an online questionnaire with an 18 page report provided which is broken down into four categories in each section: environment, structure, implementation & people. Each in depth section includes strengths, competencies, growth opportunities & challenges.
The report is detailed, providing valuable resources to understand yourself & also for employers to understand their employees to ensure everyone is best taken care of & if there is a stretch in one area goals can be set & monitored from there.
Report Example (images below): This person rates highly in implementation, being an independent thinker & people person who craves connection & may not be suited to a desk job, accounts (a role where there is limited connection with people).

However, this same person's stretch area for improvement is in Structure & systems (below). This is an area for you or your employee to have goals set to improve if it is a requirement for their role.

The questionnaire requires an individual to respond to behavioural statements such as “I influence people’s opinion” in terms of their agreement or disagreement with the item. Similarly to most personality and behavioural assessments such as the Occupational Personality Questionnaire and eDISC, the Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool also links back to the NEO-PI(R) Personality Test, MBTI and Big 5 model of personality which has long become a widely accepted model of personality and behavioural assessments for decades.

WHO CAN USE THIS TOOL?
The Meta Dynamics™ Profiling Tool is for coaches who have completed their Meta II training & who are committed to the highest standards in coaching. This training is designed specifically for coaches to learn this tool and in order to complete Meta II, coaches must have completed at a minimum, Meta Dynamics™ Foundations & Meta Dynamics™ Practitioner (Meta I).

This training is advanced training where coaches are trained how to profile, unpack & set goals with clients dependent on their profile results.
