With three children & a puppy, I am also a successful author, coach & mentor for mothers. Additionally, I work as a consultant facilitator at The International Coaching Institute, specialising in Meta Dynamics, NLP, positive psychology & trauma-informed techniques. I am training as a Birth Trauma Facilitator at ABTA & have been recognised with several awards, including second place in the Women & Wellness 'Women Changing the World Awards 2023' and 'Online Community' Aus Mum 2023. I was also highly commended as the Best New Business at IWIB in 2023 and was a Top 5 Finalist for Rising Coach of The Year in 2022. In the past, I worked as a childhood educator and government officer, and I am now focused on overcoming my tendency to be a high-functioning people pleaser.
