Hi, I'm Sarah.
Founder of The Mumma Nest, Author, Facilitator, Birth Trauma Advocate, Women's Mentor, Global Award Winner; but my main influential gig is held in the title of 'mum'.
My purpose is to create change; to support mother's to reconnect with themselves, their children & partners, creating deeper connections, meet their own needs, take control of their emotional health allowing them to live a meaningful life with more flow, embracing their true self outside of the roles they play as mum, wife etc.
This work is tailor made to the individual through positive psychology practical skills, life coaching strategies, parenting tools & somatic techniques (body connection).
Creative writing became a huge part of my healing journey after experiencing a traumatic birth with my third child where my world all of a sudden unravelled & I was finally forced to explore all of my bullshit stories that I held unconsciously, which were determining the quality of my life in unresourceful ways & affecting most relationships I held.
This is my collection towards becoming whole, claiming my inner power (& voice). I cannot wait to share my journey with you & I hope it encourages you to step up in whatever form that is for you, too x
